Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We ship across all of Canada and the United States. Packages typically ship between 3-9 business days. We use Canada Post for domestic and US orders. We currently do not offer international shipping outside of North America, but stay tuned because we are working on it! If you have any questions about our rates, do not hesitate to contact us!
Canada
Orders under $35: $7.00 for standard (5-9 days) from dispatch date
Orders over $35: Free for standard (5-9 days) from dispatch date
Flat rate of $14 for expedited (1-3 days) from dispatch date
United States
Orders under $35: $7.00 for standard (6-9 days) from dispatch date
Orders over $35: Free for standard (6-9 days) from dispatch date
United States and Canada duties are included in the shipping fee and taxes are applied at checkout based on the state/province of your shipping address.
Return Policy
Aren't satisfied with your purchase? No problem.
Purchased items may be returned without questions within 14 business days from the date of the receipt. Items must be returned in their original condition and mailed back to Agatha Gems within 14 business days of the date of their receipt. Please notify Agatha Gems at julia@agathagems.com of your intent to return your item(s).
If you choose to take advantage of this return policy, Agatha Gems will refund the full cost of your order once the item(s) have been received.
Also, return shipping is on us, but do keep in mind, original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please be mindful of the packaging that you use to return your jewelry (we recommend using the same packaging it came in!) as large boxes increase shipping rates.
